DISCLAIMERS
1. Each participant/attendee (the “Participant”) of In the Present Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”)’s program, course, seminar, event or talk, understands that the Company may conduct its program/course/seminar/event or talk with the assistance, consultation and advice of other mental health professionals. In some cases, the Company may need to share confidential information about a Participant, such as his/her health or personal history, or other related information (“Confidential Information”) with these individuals for administrative purposes. During such consultation, the Company and its employees, teachers, trainers, officers and advisers (the “Personnel”) will make every effort to avoid revealing the Participants identity.
2. There are some situations where the Company is permitted or required to disclose Confidential Information without either the Participant’s consent or authorization, these include but are not limited to the following:(a) If a Participant threatens to harm himself/herself or another, the Company and/or its Personnel may be obligated to seek assistance for him/her or to contact family members or others, who can help provide protection, and will limit the disclosure to what is necessary;(b) If the Participant is involved in a court proceeding and a request is made for information concerning the Company’s services and/or the Program;(c) If the Participant is involved in, or contemplating litigation, he/she should consult with his/her attorney to determine whether a court would be likely to order the Company and/or its Personnel to disclose any such Confidential Information;(d) If a government agency is requesting the information for health oversight activities, the Company may be required to provide it for them; and(e) If a Participant files a complaint or lawsuit against the Company and/or its Personnel, the Company may disclose relevant information regarding that Participant in order to defend itself and/or its Personnel.

All rights in the Confidential Information are reserved by the Participant and no rights or obligations other than those expressly recited herein are granted or to be implied herein and from the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. All information is provided in good faith, but no party shall be liable to the other party for any claims arising whatsoever from any inaccuracy or error in the Confidential Information provided and each party is responsible to conduct its own due diligence in that regard.
